Can scenario thinking improve the robustness of your venture?
Future-oriented thinking is a pre-requisite for entrepreneurs, to detect and enact opportunities as well as to adapt to changing (business) environments. However, the future is hard to predict. In order to cope with uncertainties about the future, robust and adaptive business plans need to be developed.
During this interactive workshop, participants will be provided with relevant frameworks, models and conceptual tools aimed at envisioning, anticipating, and creating (the) future(s). Moreover, participants will apply these models on their entrepreneurial trajectory and will receive support, guidance and coaching from the lecturer. As such, the benefits and importance of developing different future scenarios are becoming apparent.
