Photonic sensor platform for continuous biomarker monitoring

VINDI
We offer photonic based sensor platforms for continuous, real-time monitoring of disease-associated biomarkers in patients with chronic diseases
Vindi Biosystems

Our vision for the future of healthcare is one where care shifts from reactive to proactive, driven by the growing need for preventive treatments and real-time health data. This transition enables earlier interventions, empowering both patients and healthcare providers to make better-informed decisions and ultimately improving health outcomes. To this end we are developing a unique biomonitoring platform that offers continuous, real-time detection of critical biomarkers at an affordable cost. Our solution leverages advanced photonic technology to monitor biomarkers with exceptional sensitivity, with a particular focus on cytokines such as IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-10. These biomarkers are crucial for understanding chronic inflammation but are not routinely used in diagnostics.

By enabling continuous monitoring for patients with chronic conditions, our platform can improve early detection, reduce complications, and enhance overall quality of life. With the global economic burden of chronic diseases exceeding €4.3 trillion annually, there is an urgent need for more efficient and cost-effective monitoring solutions. Our highly scalable platform has the potential to test up to 20 biomarkers on a single sensor, significantly lowering monitoring costs. Thanks to our innovative sensor design, our sensors can be mass-produced at low cost, making personalized patient monitoring more accessible and cost-effective worldwide.
