General information
Successful device development requires a deep understanding of user needs. To ensure that your device meets or exceeds user expectations, it’s essential to engage with your target audience and gain insights into their requirements. But how do you approach potential users, what questions should you ask, and how do you convert their feedback into actionable insights?
Join us for a practical workshop that explores the Voice of the Customer methodology, a key component of Design for Six Sigma and requirements writing. In this workshop, you’ll learn not only about the theory behind VOC, but also about our hands-on best practices for engaging with users, conducting effective interviews, and translating interview findings into product design input.
During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned to your own product. We’ll provide you with templates and tools that you can use to immediately begin engaging with your target audience and taking one of the most important steps in the product development process: speaking to your users.
